Availability

Es Ventalls is a “summer villa”.
It is available to rent during the six months May to October.

• Rental periods are in weeks with the minimum period being one week
• The weekly “changeover” day is Saturday
• At the beginning and end of the season other combinations may be considered on request.

Our “2012 Special” is a Free Hire Car with every booking – see Notice Board for information on current availability please contact us.

Although Es Ventalls is a large, fun family house and we love to see it full to the brim, we do also welcome smaller, (quieter !) parties at special prices subject to availability. We would like to provide the opportunity for smaller parties to enjoy the space and facilities that Es Ventalls has to offer. Therefore, for parties of less than 18, we are offering an “under occupancy discount” of 50 euros/week for each unoccupied place.

We do have 2 extra beds available which are suitable for children. There is a supplement of 50 euros/week/bed.

There are also a variety of discounts available throughout the year. Please do contact us for information on current discounts ……you may be too late for the “early booking” discount but just in time for the “late booking” discount !!  It’s worth finding out.
